Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Faulty, unsafe or incorrectly described products

Contact us promptly with the order reference, product details, description of the issue and supporting photographs where relevant. We may need to inspect or test the product before providing a remedy. The available remedy depends on whether the problem is major or minor and the requirements of Australian Consumer Law.

For a major failure, the customer may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For a minor failure, we may repair the product within a reasonable time or provide another remedy required by law.

Change of mind

A change-of-mind return is not automatically required by Australian Consumer Law. We may consider requests made within 30 days of delivery when the product is unused, uninstalled, complete, undamaged and in resaleable original packaging. Approval must be obtained before return freight is arranged.

Approved change-of-mind returns may exclude original and return freight costs and may incur reasonable costs associated with inspection or damaged packaging. Custom-order, clearance, opened electrical, installed, programmed or vehicle-specific products may not be accepted for change of mind.

Incorrect fitment or ordering

Customers must check model, build date, dimensions, electrical specifications and fitment notes before ordering. Contact us before installation if an item appears incorrect. Installation, modification or use can affect whether a change-of-mind return is accepted but does not remove statutory rights for a genuine product failure.

How to request a return

Call 1300 493 247 and provide the order reference, SKU and reason for return. Do not send goods to 67 Noosa Street without return authorisation and delivery instructions. Unauthorised freight may be refused. Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless the customer and business agree otherwise.
